I ended up returning my watch and honestly... the refund went through quickly. No back-and-forth, no weird delays — just a simple process.

I tried browsing around, but the pages were loading slowly. The filters were also kind of confusing, so you end up clicking around more than you should just to find what you're looking for.

I got the watch on time, and it was the same one I picked out. I actually bought it because it reminded me of one my dad used to wear, so I was a little extra excited about it. The only thing is the strap color looked a bit different in person than it did in the photo. Not a huge deal, but a little annoying.

The tracking did work and I was able to follow my order, so that part was okay. I just felt like the replies took a bit longer than I expected, though maybe I was just checking too often. Overall it was fine, but the communication could probably be a little quicker.

Customer service did get back to me after a couple of days, which was acceptable, but not ideal. They eventually fixed the issue with my order update, though I had to follow up once to keep things moving. The site itself is easy enough to use, but in my opinion, faster replies would make the overall experience much better.

Not great. The watch box came all crushed. Loose in the package too. For what it costs, that feels disappointing.
